  1. Drycleaning in a bag on the rackTagging and inspection - Small tags are generated by our computer system when you dropped off you clothing. These tags are attached to your clothes for thorough identification of each item. Imperial then pays attention to the details by covering delicate buttons and buckles with foil, placing separate tags on belts and other detachable accessory items, and closely reviewing all fabric care instructions to ensure proper cleaning.
  2. Pre-treatment - Our expert spotters look for stains on your clothes and treat them to make removal easier and more complete.
  3. Dry cleaning - The clothes are put in a machine and cleaned with a solvent.
  4. Finishing - This includes pressing, folding, packaging and other finishing touches. Imperial also replaces any buttons or beads that fall off during cleaning.
